Since 2010, Starland Coffee Co. has roasted specialty coffee from our small roastery on the Minnesota prairie. Every batch is an act of attention — to the bean, to the roast, to the people who will drink it. We believe great coffee doesn’t need to shout. It just needs to be good.

High-altitude sourcing

Washed processing
We favor washed-process coffees for their clarity and precision. The washing process removes the fruit from the bean before drying, allowing the true character of the terroir to come through — the soil, the altitude, the specific microclimate of each farm. What you taste is the coffee itself, unadorned.
